Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
